Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and 110 Digital Labs LLC (“we”) for your use of the RanuFit app for iPhone and Apple Watch. By using RanuFit you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Not medical advice

RanuFit gives general fitness guidance. It is not medical advice and doesn’t replace a doctor. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a health condition. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Exercise at your own risk

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You choose which workouts to do and how hard to push, and you are responsible for using safe form, suitable equipment and a safe space.

The AI coach

RanuFit’s coach is an AI. Its answers and plan changes can be wrong or unsuitable for you; use your own judgment and don’t rely on it for medical, injury or nutrition decisions. Don’t send it anything you wouldn’t want processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to use RanuFit. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Your content

You own what you add to RanuFit, such as messages, photos and workout notes. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you. Don’t upload anything unlawful, or anything you don’t have the right to share.

Our content

The app, its workouts, exercise videos, images and audio belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal training, but not copy, resell or redistribute them.

Purchases

If RanuFit offers paid features, they are bought through Apple and covered by Apple’s terms, including for billing, renewals and refunds.

Availability and changes

We work to keep RanuFit running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date above; using RanuFit after that means you accept the new terms.

Ending use

You can stop using RanuFit at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

RanuFit is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of RanuFit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for RanuFit in the twelve months before the claim.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for RanuFit or its content, and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
