Privacy Policy

RanuFit is made by 110 Digital Labs LLC (“we”). This policy explains what the RanuFit app for iPhone and Apple Watch collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address, name and the profile and cover photos you add.
• Your training: workouts, plans, programs, goals, the sets and reps you log, and workout summaries.
• Health data, if you allow it: RanuFit reads heart rate, distance and body measurements from Apple Health to work out calories and fill in your workout summaries, and saves your workouts to Apple Health.
• Location and motion, if you allow it: used during runs to measure distance, pace and altitude.
• Messages with your coach: what you write, and any photos, videos or audio you choose to send.
• Crash reports: when the app crashes, a technical report about the crash and your device.

What we don’t do

RanuFit has no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking. We don’t sell your data. Health data from Apple Health is never used for advertising or shared for marketing, and is only used to provide RanuFit’s features to you.

Who processes it

• Google Firebase stores your account, training data, messages and photos, and receives crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics).
• AI coach: to answer your messages and adjust your training, the coach sends the relevant parts of your messages, training history and goals to AI model providers (Anthropic and Google). They process it to produce a reply.
• Apple handles Apple Health, Apple Watch sync, notifications and any purchases.

Camera, photos, microphone and calendar

These are only used when you choose to: to send a photo, video or voice message, to save an image you received, or to add workouts to your calendar.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while you have an account. You can permanently delete your account and its data from the account help screen in the app, or by emailing us. Health data stays in Apple Health under your control; you can change RanuFit’s access in the Health app at any time.

Children

RanuFit is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes, we update it here and change the date above.
